        Our Service Standards & Agreements

        Scope of Work:

        All services, including facility maintenance, interior upgrades, and structural support, shall be performed strictly in accordance with the agreed-upon project scope.

        Project Timelines:

        ZOV Construction commits to completing projects within the agreed-upon timeframe; however, unforeseen site conditions may necessitate timeline adjustments.

        Payment Structure:

        A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

        Client Responsibilities:

        Clients are responsible for providing timely access to the site and necessary approvals to ensure the project remains on schedule.

        Deliverables Ownership:

        All final project deliverables remain the property of the client upon full receipt of payment.

        Bug-Fixing & Warranty:

        We offer a 15-day period post-completion for addressing any identified functional issues or "bugs" related to our services at no additional cost.

        Confidentiality:

        Both parties agree to protect all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

        Liability Disclaimer:

        ZOV Construction shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond our direct control.

        Cancellation Policy:

        In the event of project cancellation by the client, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover preliminary costs.

        Changes & Variations:

        Any requested modifications to the original project scope will be documented and may result in additional charges and timeline extensions.

        Dispute Resolution:

        Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations to resolve any disputes before seeking formal legal intervention.

        Acceptance of Terms:

        By initiating a project and paying the required deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
